A Youth-Centered Initiative ages 16-25 for Leadership, Career exploration, and Higher Education for black TGNC Students that aims to equip young tgnc individuals with the skills, support, and opportunities needed to excel in leadership roles, their careerand pursue higher education. By investing in their growth and development, we can help shape a generation of capable leaders. Supporting TGNC black leadership and providing resources that support their vision is how we reshape economic justice within black and tgnc communities
