As the program manager for Game Changing Men and owner of INNER-G Wellness Health LLC,  Manëësh identifies as a transmasculine genderless person. In the field of being a program manager,  Manëësh is data-driven, solution oriented and seeks the opportunity to build internal and external community bonds by bringing the vision of Game Changing Men to fruition. Through its numerous programs and projects,  Manëësh has effectively entered the Alabama FCI prison system to conduct a support group for transmasculine individuals that have been incarcerated and created a newsletter to gain an avenue into Georgia’s prison system. Assisting, collaborating, and hosting transmasculine support meetings state to state in the deep south through the Real Talk program,  Manëësh has been able to create a safe space for transmen, transmasc and AFAB persons to feel free enough to voice their concerns, sexual traumas, and everyday vulnerabilities they wouldn’t otherwise share. Thus creating a space for safe non-toxic healing.
